Before a hitter can fire with explosive Bat Speed and Power, they must first establish Balance, Stability, Vision, and Timing in their stance and load. Without a strong load, even the most talented hitters lose force, direction, and consistency at contact.
The drills in this phase train hitters to create athletic, repeatable movements that prepare the body to deliver maximum force when it matters most. Each drill below builds a specific piece of the load — work through the Foundational Drills first, then progress into the Slant Board series and the WhatsThatStrap™ progressions.
