We start by seeing exactly where your athlete is — swing or receiving, honestly measured — then build the session around what will move the needle most.

Hands-On Reps

Live coaching in the cage: drills, constraints, and immediate feedback from a coach who has developed players at the highest level of the game.

A Plan to Take Home

Leave with clear priorities and next steps — and the option to keep the work going remotely through DuraHit+ or DuraCatch+ between sessions.
