Since 2021, 100+ Ranch athletes have committed to play in college. The same evaluation process — brought directly to your catcher.
What This Is

This isn’t a catching lesson.

It isn’t a tip, a quick fix, or a generic drill list. The DuraCatch 360° Evaluation is a full diagnostic of how your catcher actually moves — filmed, measured, and broken down the same way professional and college catchers are evaluated.

You send us the film. We analyze every rep on video, capture the data, and identify exactly where the opportunities for growth are. Then you sit down 1:1 with an FBR coach who walks you and your catcher through all of it — what’s working, what’s holding them back, and the specific drills that fix it.

You leave with a 12-week individualized roadmap — not a template. This is the front door to the Ranch, and it works for catchers of every age.

The review, in the room — video and data, side by side.
How It Works

Four steps. One process.

Every step maps to the FBR model — Assess, Categorize, Customize, Prioritize. Built to move your catcher from where they are to where they want to be.
01
Assess
Submit the Film
Film at your bullpen or practice with our simple shot guide — a phone is all you need. Multiple angles across set-ups, receiving, blocking, and throw-downs. Roughly twenty minutes to capture the baseline. We don’t guess. We measure.
02
Categorize
We Analyze
Every rep reviewed frame by frame and scored. Video paired with data, then sorted into strengths versus opportunities — an honest read of where your catcher actually is.
03
Customize
The Coach Review
A live 1:1 meeting with an FBR coach. We walk the video, the data, the opportunities for growth, and the specific drills that address them — built for your catcher, not a one-size program.
04
Prioritize
The Roadmap
A clear 12-week hierarchy — what to work first, second, third. One plan. The shortest distance from where your catcher is to where they need to be.
The FBR Model

Assess. Categorize. Customize. Prioritize.

The framework behind every evaluation we run — the same process used in professional and college player development.
The FBR model: Assess, Categorize, Customize, Prioritize

Assess

Every rep filmed and every metric captured — the diagnostic baseline. We measure first, so nothing in the plan is a guess.

Categorize

Findings sorted into strengths versus opportunities across the catcher’s game. An honest read of where your catcher actually is — no labels, no boxes.

Customize

A development approach built for your catcher — the specific drills that address their opportunities, reviewed 1:1 with an FBR coach.

Prioritize

A clear hierarchy of what to work first, second, third. Twelve weeks, one plan, in order of impact.

What We Measure

At the Ranch, we count everything.

The data captured during your evaluation — the same metrics tracked in professional and college catching development, brought directly to your catcher.

Frequently Asked

Before you book.

Who is this for?
Catchers of every age — youth through college — who are serious about real development, not a quick fix.
How do I film my catcher?
You’ll get a simple shot guide after you book — a phone is all you need. It specifies the angles for set-ups, receiving, blocking, and throw-downs, and takes about twenty minutes.
Do I need special equipment or data?
No. A phone and access to a bullpen or receiving station is enough — we capture what we need from video. If you already have Rapsodo, TrackMan, or PocketRadar data, send it and we’ll fold it in.
When do we get the evaluation?
Once your film is submitted, we schedule your 1:1 coach review and prepare your video database and data report — typically within about a week.
What happens after?
You keep the full evaluation, the video database, and your 12-week roadmap, plus a 30-day DuraCatch+ free trial. Continued membership is optional at $159.99/month.
Is this the same as in-person training?
In-person training is a separate, different program. This is our complete remote diagnostic — the fastest way to a clear, individualized plan from anywhere.
