SIGN GIVING

  • Protect signs from runners/coaches 
  • Signs against cup 
  • Close your knees

TRADITIONAL RELAXED

  • Feet flat on the ground 
  • Center of mass forward 
  • Left elbow in front or just outside of left knee

LEFT KNEE DOWN RELAXED

  • Right foot flat on the ground
  • Center of mass forward
  • Good Target

RIGHT KNEE DOWN RELAXED

  • Left elbow in front of left knee
  • Center of mass forward 
  • Maintain good glove load 

TRADITIONAL READY

  • Feet flat on the ground with weight forward on foot
  • Maintain tail up through reception 
  • Stay balanced
