How It Works

Four Steps to a Real Plan

No guesswork, no generic templates. Every step hands off to the next.

Step01

Your DuraHit+ 360 Evaluation

$399

This is where everything starts. We break down your swing frame by frame and identify your Connections and Disconnections — what's working, and what's quietly costing you. You'll get a complete picture of your swing before anyone prescribes a single drill.

  • What your evaluation includes
  • Full video breakdown with frame-by-frame analysis
  • Your DuraHit+ 360 Evaluation delivered as a PDF
  • Your own OnForm workspace, connected to the FBR coaching staff
  • A 30–60 minute review call with your coach
  • A customized drill package built around your disconnections
Step02

Submit Your Video

As soon as you enroll, you'll get a text with your personal OnForm invitation link. Download the app, and film and upload your assessment videos right inside it. Getting this part right is the single most important thing you'll do — the better your video, the sharper your evaluation.

Where to put the camera
Your most important angle: the open side

The open side is the side view that shows the player's front — not their back. Stand where you can see the hitter's chest and belt buckle from the side. If you're looking at their back, you're on the wrong side. This is the angle we rely on most, so get this one right before anything else.

Why you should not use slo-mo

Film at normal speed. Your phone's slo-mo mode bakes the slowdown into the file, and the playback rate is different on every device. We need true real-time footage to measure timing — and OnForm slows it down frame by frame on our end. That's what the platform is built to do.

Setting up your phone

iPhone: Settings → Camera → Record Video → select 1080p HD at 60 fps. Most phones ship set to 4K or 30 fps, so check this before you film.

Android: Open Camera → Settings → Video resolution → select FHD 1080p, then set frame rate to 60 fps.

Use the OnForm camera when you can — it's optimized for biomechanical analysis and captures the video straight into the right group.

Before you hit send

Shoot in good, even lighting — avoid filming into the sun or into a bright cage light.

Keep the full body in frame for the entire swing, feet included.

Label every video clearly — for example, "Tee Work — Open Side."

Upload to your DuraHit+ group, never your personal library. Group uploads alert our staff; library uploads do not, and they will delay your feedback.

Hold the phone steady, or prop it — a tripod or a fence clip is worth it.

Step03

Your 360 Evaluation, Delivered

Within four days of your submission, you'll receive your complete DuraHit+ 360 Evaluation — the full annotated video breakdown plus your written PDF evaluation. Then the floor is yours: you get three days to sit with it, watch it as many times as you want, and write down every question you have before we get on a call.

  • Built on the DuraHit+ pillars
  • Hitting warm-up & activation
  • Biomechanical evaluation — upper and lower body
  • Bat path evaluation using Blast Motion data
  • Impact quality — exit velocity analysis
  • Your customized, progressive drill package
Step04

Review, Program & Launch

This is the part that separates us from a drill PDF in your inbox. Over the next two weeks we walk you through the evaluation personally, build your program around it, put you on the field with it, and then check back in to make sure you're running it right.

4.1

Your Review Call

A 30–60 minute video call walking through your full evaluation — every connection and disconnection we flagged. Come with questions.

How Your Month Actually Runs

It's a loop, and it's simple. You train and film. We watch and coach. You adjust and progress.

01

Film Every Drill

Record your work into your DuraHit+ group on OnForm. That group is the central home for everything you do.

02

Check In Each Week

Post in your EveryOne channel with what you're working on — or we'll give you a directive on where to focus.

03

We Pull & Coach

We select specific clips from your group, bring them into your channel, and coach them directly. That's how your programming gets guided.

04

The Whole Staff, Not One Coach

Your EveryOne channel is a direct line to the entire FBR staff. Message us there and our coaching team is alerted.
